GENERATOR MAINTENANCE
Regular preventive maintenance is the key to ensuring the reliability of your generator. Behind every reliable power generating system is a quality preventive maintenance program in action. Yet it is a simple job, if it is in the right hands! Ali Brothers offers a choice of Annual Maintenance Contracts with definite response time and service quality. Our service team has the knowledge, experience and competence to service virtually any make and model of generator. Ali Brothers can also provide emergency out of hours assistance, in addition to our planned maintenance regime. We offer the following services
- Providing repair and maintenance services round the clock, seven days a week including trouble shooting, servicing, fault removing and repair
- Testing electronically and mechanically prior to start up. Water, oil and battery levels will be topped up on completion of testing
- Changing fuel and air filters per manufacturers recommended intervals.
- Servicing and testing of starting batteries
- Changing lubrication oil and oil filters every 250 hours or every 24 months, whichever is the sooner
- Cleansing of day tank, clear oil impurities and water periodically
- Checking the bolts
- Fixing anything loose, stuck, or fraying
- Checking of distilled water in the battery; top up if needed
- Verifying control panel readings and indicator
- We offer a 24 hour, 365 day emergency service, with 1 hour response time.
- The set will be visited by our engineer every 3, 4 or 6 months dependent on your specific requirements
